Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Iowa Custom T-Shirts & Hats customer portal at customers.iowatees.work and related online account features. By creating an account or using the portal, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & accounts

Portal accounts are offered to customers with Iowa Custom orders. You may register at Create account using your order email, last name, and phone, or use the secure invite link from an order email. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account.

Portal use

The portal lets you view order status, related files when available, and account settings. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other customers' use of the portal.

Orders & communications

Order fulfillment, pricing, and store policies continue to be governed by your purchase agreement with Iowa Custom and applicable store practices. Email and SMS updates are provided as a convenience and may not replace in-store communication when needed.

Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box during in-store checkout or portal registration, you agree to receive recurring transactional text messages from Iowa Custom T-Shirts & Hats. I agree to receive recurring transactional text messages from Iowa Custom T-Shirts & Hats regarding my order, including artwork/proof approval requests, order-status updates, pickup notifications, and customer-service communications.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for help. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer mobile phone numbers, SMS consent, or SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Disclaimer

The portal is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iowa Custom disclaims warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the portal.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
